I used to drink too much soda pop. It gave me pimples. I got fat. I got heart burn from the acidity. My gums and teeth were unhealthy from the acidity and sugar. I had no clue how much soda I was drinking so I decided to keep track and.. wow. I had a problem. So I set goals and tapered down my consumption and switched to seltzers and then plain water, which tastes better than anything else to me now. My gums and teeth are healthy. My skin is healthy. I lost weight. I feel better. The first step to quitting my soda pop habit was keeping track of how much I was drinking and so I built this tool to help other people quit their unhealthy soda pop habit.
